My working week over the last seven days was quite varied, and my fitness challenge didn’t go exactly to schedule.
However, that’s life, and we need to adapt to changes.
My goals for the week were:
3 Days – The Happy Body Exercises | 4 Days – 100 Push-Ups, 2 Minutes Plank | 7 Days – 3 Pull-Ups
Initially I said I would complete the pull-ups every day, but for some reason I only did them on my push-up days.
